DD1 Low Trq in base. Torque key inserted.

Nothing happens when i insert or uninsert the torque key.
Is there a known issue with the torque key? My rma dd1(f1 v2 rim) came back and everything else seems fine but despite the torque key is inserted, it still says low torque in the display and will not go above the low trq limit.
I have tried a different wheel (universal hub),
tried to change the modes,
the key is in the right slot.
Tried to remove the key and back.
tried 381 and now 399
Newest firmwares now.

Sounds like either the Torque Key or the RJ12 Port on the back of the Base is broken.
Best is to contact the support (again) to get it repaired...
Ok. But how can it break in between the trip to the factory and back? The key was in a small plastic back and it seems that they didnt even touch it..
And surely, they have tested the wheelbase with a key to test the wheels functionality with and without the torque key.
And Just to be received the wheelbase back, i think the reasonable thing from fanatec is to send me another torque key right away. To avoid another 2 week period without the wheel.
If it doesnt work, then I will have to send the wheelbase back to germany again.
Do i have to claim the key from the support ticket feature or direct message from the earlier email conversation?
Is there some electronic inside of Torque Key or maby just simple jumper which is covered?
Sounds weird if they don´t test also High Torque mode at service, like Tuomas wrote it was okay berofe it gone to service, broken when came back 🤔
Tuomas dont take it wrong but can you check if torque key is properly in, or in the correct plug? Happened to others as well. 😇
If not better continue communication with support. 😉

Waiting for answer from support.
They send me a new torque key and it seems to be working now.
