Impossible to upgrade DD2 with new version Driver V400

When i click for yes , no window open and i wait a long time problème same.
Desinstalling , repair identical problème , if i download a version 381 its ok no problème .
An idea ?

Disconnect your pedals and update, it solved for me. Seems to be a bug.
