Fanatec Quick Release Adapter problem

HI!
I am using the V2.5 wheelbase with the Mclaren GT3 wheel (V1) plus the quick release. My problem is when i am attaching the wheel to the base i am not hearing the clicking sound (like its connected). After that i am feeling that the quick release and the rim is moving a bit while playing.
If anybody can help i would be grateful.

I can only imagine using the screw would tell you if alignment is correct or not?

Somewhy it started to annoy me but i am happy if its normal.
