DD1 rim a bit off center on startup

Hi,

When I start my DD1 rim stops a bit off center after the initialization.

I centered my rim, and in Driver Control panel steering is at 0 when rim is centered. It is just that it is a bit off when it starts (SPR is at 100%).

BTW, during the initial rotation, rim slows down for a moment, then rotates normally again, is that normal?
