Unable to add Clubsport V2.5 base to cart?

I understand it may be delayed... every other product that says "available soon" can be added to the cart. But The clubsport base does not appear in the cart, without any explanation. Am I doing something wrong?

which region? if the shop says out of stock you can't pre order it at all.
