[RESOLVED] Help!. Need open RMA...Impossible on the web

I am trying to open an RMA ticket on the web, but it always sends me to Sales Support.
And the sales support contact tells me to do it on the RMA website ... and I'm not able to.
I attach photos with the steps.
My problem is this: In desktop, not running apps only fanatec driver, sec 23.

Impossible.
Although I am logged into the web, when you put your link, it asks me to log in again and it gives me an error. I do not understand anything.
