Fanatec dd1 after a firmware update nothing works anymore

I have for 5 days a fanatec dd1 wheel base after a new firmware update what I did for the wheel base and for the engine of the wheel base I could still play for a few hours. The next day I wanted to change a few more settings but there was the problem already I turned on the wheel base and it came for 10 Secends the fanatec logo and then the display of the wheel base was only black and there came an error message Wireless Quick release firmware Update and nothing has worked I have already tried to install and uninstall various other drivers but nothing has helped maybe here can help me one I have already created a support ticket and am also waiting for a response from support

I’ve run into this exact issue. Haven’t heard back from support. I got about 5 days of use before getting this error.
OK My wheelbase is now on its way back
I would like to hope that they can then do something to fix it
Did you get an update on this? I got my wheel in a few days ago, set it up last night and played for maybe 1 hour. Turned it on this morning and I got the same error. I can't use it at all, it's a nice looking and expensive paper weight right now.
Mine got RMA’d a few days ago. Fanatec said they’ll replace the wheelbase but I haven’t heard anything.
I get my tomorrow and will test them then yes the wheelbase would be replaced and I get a new one
Fanatec got back to me and will be doing an RMA exchange.
