McLaren gt3

Can anyone help me please ?? Can’t get display on my wheel to show gear, or revs in game, the display works fine for tuning and all other functions, I also can’t get the vibration to work on my v3 pedals, all brand new as am I too this, I’m on Xbox and I only have the sellers word that all the items are up to date as I don’t have a pc. I feel like it’s just a case of ticking a box but I was wondering if you could do it another way if you don’t have a computer !!!
