CSL DD 410 driver not working

I have installed the driver like it was in the official video. When I start Fanatec control panel I get the message:

A problem was encountered while reading versions.xml! Please contact Fanatec Support for help.

I have reinstalled the driver, but it still is not working.

Any help is appreciated!

same Problem here,

Solution: deinstall all old Drivers and Software from Fanatec and reinstall only 410er Driver

I couldn’t update my DD as well. I tried different USB ports, etc.

I then tried the update with my Laptop and it immediately worked.

yes, it worked for me. Before i couldn't update the firmware also, after reinstalling also the firmware update works fine.
