DD1 Wheel problem

Hello...My DD1 F1 is brand new......Any time to power on the unit the wheel its not center the fan blows full and the OLED screen says CAL in menu press both sticks.....
I install reinstal 410 drives , 402 drivers but the same issue !!! I calibrated many times !!!
I open a ticket ....

Come on Fanatec ....i pay 2200 euros and i dont have wheel to play......Be serious to your customers....I wait the label-RMA.....I am disappoint ...
Brand new wheel DD F1 faulty ....!!!!
Jim do you face also the issue even when calibrating from the computer app (instead from the wheel by pressing tuning menu and then the 2 analogue and the funky switch).
When updating the drivers you updated all the components?
I am bored to flash and flash again ....402 410 411.....No solution !!!!There seems to be a hardware issue with the motor driver say the support !!!
If support told you they suspect faulty hardware then they must have said that they will initiate an RMA. when was the last you heard back from them regarding the RMA. Did they sent you an email that describes the procedure for RMA step by step?
Have the same equipment as you for the past 14 months and never had an issue.
Alexαndre i contact many times.....email chat.....and i dont have a RMA ......The unit is brand new and i am very dissapoined with it !!!
I get the RMA and i send the unit to the fanatec....Good contact from the polite staff of fanatec ....!!!
