HELP: I have been charged twice

As stated above, I have been charged twice on my card for an order I placed last night. My first attempt at an order failed and I tried again an hour later and that order was processed and I was given an order number. However, payment for the first order has also been processed.

The reason for me posting here is that I cant seem to send a support request on the Fanatec website. I click send and nothing happens


  • If i were you i would contact your bank and tell them the situation, and explain there is a duplicate payment, if you cannot get hold of the fanatec help, your bank will be able to sort it out.

    Best to contact Fanatec regarding the duplicate charge.
