Fan vibration on CSL Elite wheel base

The cooling fan is causing a vibration, for all the world like a rumble motor, when it's at full speed. It sounds quiet enough and it's shifting plenty of air but you can feel it through the wheel. Can you get hold of them and can you replace them easily?
