Wheel + CSL DD Dimensions?

Hello team! I've found most of the CSL DD dimensions in various places, but I'm trying to get an overall measurement with wheel attached for planning while awaiting arrival of my kit. Can anyone tell me the distance from the face of the wheel to the face of the CSL DD? I realize there will be some variation depending on wheel, but I just want to get close. Thanks!
