DD1 triggers X and Z axis on Pedals

Hello everybody,

yesterday i got my new DD1 Wheelbase. I connected the wheelbase via usb to my PC (win10 64 bit). I use the Fanatec driver 415 and updated to the latest Firmware. When i turn the Wheel i get spikes on the X and Z axis on my BJ Steel Pedals. This is happening in Windows and so it is not game related. Does anybody had a similar Problem. Recalibrating does not fix it.

Kind regards

Andre E.

    Hi Andre,

It could be a grounding issue. Try to keep the cables of the DD1 and the pedals far away from each other. Try different USB ports. If this doesn't help you might want to try grounding your rig. Please contact Fanatec Support for assistance. You could also contact your pedals manufacturer for additional advice.

  • OMG Dominic, you saved me! Thank you so much! It was indeed the grounding of the rig. When i dismount the DD1 from the rig it all works fine. Fanatec should add this solution to their FAQ. Your my hero. Have a nice day.

    Kind regards Andre
