CSL Pedals connecting isssue

So my new CSL pedals (Not Elite ones) dont show up on either fanalab or the other software. Im using the clubsport usb adapter to connect them to my pc (Because i dont have a fanatec wheel). But the adapter shows in my devices but it says shifter mode and i dont know if that has anything to do with it but it says that. But in the software it says no device found. So i would be happy if i got some help with this since im new to fanatec products.

You need to open the Windows Gamecontroller Menu, set the Adapter into Pedal Mode and then you can see them in the Gamecontroller Menu, it's not currently supported in the new UI and Fanalab.
And how do i change them to pedal mode?. i cant find that option
You need to open it in Gamecontroller and Update the Firmware to Pedal Mode
Thank you. I have now solved the issue. It was way easier than i tought but thanks for the help
But it now in the software it shows the CSL elite pedals wich i dont have. And i cant change any setting what so ever
