I orderd my fanatec podium wheel two weeks ago but I think that i need to wait for 4 weeks that no problem but I want to order Some stuff for my steering wheel from fanatec but then it wil come with my podium wheel is there a solution to let that come early

No. Frustratingly, Fanatec have a policy of not shipping partial orders. They will hold all items in your order, then ship them all once the last item is available. If you want each of the items as soon as possible, you need to place separate orders (and pay separate shipping charges for each).
I would suggest you go through some of the threads started by other customers of Fanatec before deciding to continue.
