If it is still within the warranty period, get them to repair it for you. Will take awhile but they will honour the warranty. Since the CSL pedals only came out last year, warranty will still be so for 2 years from the date they ship it to you.
Warranty may not be 2 years, depending on where you live. I'm in the US, and AFAIK unless otherwise stated, all items are only covered for 1 year from date of purchase.
Not the best pic but it’s definitely the spring that’s clean snapped, still no response from fanatec, if nothing soon will just open a case on PayPal and resolve it this way
