csw2.5 not recognised correctly

Hy, i have a recent problem, since a few days, my wheel base is no longer showing properly in fanalab, and when i try to load my profile, it tells me that the profile was made for a different wheelbase. This happened without any modification on my part, since the problem occurred, i have moved to the most recent driver and fanalab versions, but the problem remains. the wheel functions correctly in games, but the profile has to be loaded using the steering wheel configuration.
any help on this would be much apreciated.

Which Driver and which FanaLab version are you using?
i have tried driver 456, currently using driver 455 and fanalab 1.66
You seem to live in the future as the newest Driver available is 446..😅
Is the Wheel Base properly recognized in the Driver UI?

i have reinstalled 446, and the drivers show no errors when upgrading. i assume this is what you mean by "driver ui"

I meant opening the Driver UI (Fanatec Control Panel).
Is the Base properly recognized there?
Best to also post a Screenshot of the Driver UI.
I guess you never opened the UI and therefore you never updated the Firmware so the old Firmware now can not communicate with FanaLab anymore as there were substantial changes in the Firmwares so my best guess is that everything will be fixed once you opened the Driver UI and updated the Firmware to v691.
