Return request??

Anyone have any experience returning an item within the 2 week return window?

I sent an email and got a response that says they will get in contact with me. What happens if they take longer than 14 days? I believe I’m on the hook for return shipping, correct?

    If you're in EU:

    As long as you asked for a return before the 2 weeks, you are good to go. Just make it clear in your communication that you want to return it. Mail [email protected] or use https://fanatec.com/eu-en/returns

    I’d like to report the process was pretty simple. Got an RMA number right away and I sent it back. FedEx return shipping was a gut punch at $30 especially since I had zero time to make a change with the BF tech nonsense and locking out changes hours after ordering stating shipping when it wasn’t being shipped.

    Oh well, next year I will steer clear of BF.
