I ordered the base with rim.
now it has delivered but without power supply.
is this normal? No information about that.

Obviously not normal. Contact support - Fanatec have messed up. Again...
i have contacted them, but no answer so far.
now i can look at the csl dd pro, but can not use it.
Is fanatec here reading?

I have the same thing
Power supply is mentioned in my Orders, but not delivered.
Delivery was also yesterday
in the live chat i will every time close out.
i get a message on waiting list and then it is out.
get no response from support...
i have ordered ready2race and not ready2lookonit.
i will go to police and report that as scam. thats nothing else. i wait a week with no answer and no power supply.
A mistake is not a scam.
It would be quite funny though, "hello officer, I bought a toy on the internet and they forgot to include the power supply, can you please arrest the bad man and throw him in jail."
I had a chat with them.
I had to send an e-mail to [email protected] with pictures of the labels on the box.
They would make sure I'd get a power supply.
Still no e-mail from [email protected] replying to my request.
But it said 1-2 business days...
that have made days ago...
today i get a message after made a paypal cause, that it would be send.
in the chat i get on 3 days, 3 not same answers...
a mistake could be made good, but here has nobody react first after i made in paypal the have send me a message.
thats very bad support.
In that case I might have to make a case with Paypall too, might get done faster
