Where to find Hex file on driver 439

I recently bought the DD2 and its not wroking so i have contacted support and they said i should install driver 439 but i don't know where to find the hex file. So if u can help i would be super happy since fanatec isn't the best at fast respones. It literly took 2 days to just answer my ticket.

You should not manually load any hex file, only update the firmware automatically without selecting any hex file.
u mean like using fanatec control panel because if u do its not gonna work since the wheel doesn't connect to fanatec control panel.
im prutty sure its a firmware missmatch issue and i can't fix it since i don't know where to find the hex file
You cant find a hex file.
The update System is not intended to be used with hex files for customers.
So you should contact the support again and dont try anything crazy.
so should i just press flash firmware on the manual udpater because thats what they are telling me to do
