WHO got some Delivery the past days?

So disappointed by now ...Order all Lot of stuff but that never Happend to me...ive Orderd on the 11th sept and Didnt Heard anything rather its shipped Out (Like Many other )and my warranty running of since the 12th im getting Kinda worried Here...
For an offical Partner of gt this is embarassing i got the Standart email Many people got send.... Yesterday....Had to pay For Express Delivery btw...never Had the Problem With stuff in this Price Range Not Being Deliverd or rather U Gotta worry some how...If probs accour normally U get informed straight away ....Personal experierence
But now to my question wld Like to know if anybody recieved Something lately and If when its was orderd and send ?

someone received the goods without first having received the shipping code, this shows how bad things are... I ordered on September 6th and still nothing, no apologies sent to everyone. very disappointed first and last time Fanatec
Now Saw the at least they released new wheels ....thought there Busy moving ....great Thing...plus when Many people waiting For Deliveries...doesnt Make me Trust them more...
I ordered it on September 9 and it hasn't arrived and I don't have a tracking number either.
Same here i ordered on Sep 9 and still nothing but it say completely shipped on my fanatec account
everything was in stock when i ordered too

Saturday and Sunday delivery not work so if you ordered at 9 Sep then there no way they could send it to you at that days with ups

Same as you, order placed on 09/09/2023 validated order is collected on 11/09/2023.
And since then nothing yet my status is "Fully shipped" No UPS tracking number.
If i don't hear back within a week, i will request a refund and order from a competitor.

Yes, I know that they don't work on Saturdays and Sundays, but hey, it's been 1 week and I'll let you know when I receive my order number. By the way, I'm from Spain.

I got my Clubsports v3 pedals. Ordered on 1st of sep, delivered on 13nd of september.
I ordered to UK in 31st August, they still haven't sent it.

Hi all. I ordered the gt DD pro and pedals V2 on 12 Sep to Portugal and like many others nothing to report from fanatec or ups, just says it was send. If at the end of this week I don't get delivery all goods I cancel my order and go buy a tgt2!
I ordered 6st sep and no tracking code. But if i go ups tracking site and track by reference number put your order number there and country and postal code. I see my order is coming tomorrow.

Yes your order number that box where is Shipment reference.
This is the first day when that usp tracking show my order. So if you not see your order there just try tomorrow again.

You're pretty much a month after your order date and a ton of people who ordered after you are receiving their orders before you -and I bet you paid a lot in delivery fees. If you were a seller with your products currently in stock how long would you be prepared to make your customers wait before sending something out? And what order would you prioritise the backlog in?
I know i know, but i'm a sick men, i can't take time to fight with them, i must only be patient .....

Same here, ordered on 29th August (DD drive, pedals and two wheels) nothing yet. Just recevied the same information as everyone when contacted the support (new warehouse, hired more staff to ship the goods, etc....) I am in Switzerland.
Disappointed to wait that long for 'available' products LOL, hopefully they will improve. Would be furious if I was the boss overthere to treat customers like that...
Just have to wait and see.

That ended up working for me too. My packages (apparently all goods are sent individually) will be delivered on thursday. Strangely enough, UPS MyChoice doesn't show anything at all. I made my order on 7th of September.
Nonetheless, Fanatec should definetely review and address their orders workflow. You cannot mark an order as "Completely shipped" as long as you are not sure the package left your warehouse. Given the averagely high value of these products, a better transparency on order statuses would be welcome.

It redirects me to the Italian websyte, but I guess they are more or less the same. Google "UPS track package", and in the landing page look at the right for "Track by reference number".
Put as "Shipment reference" the invoice number, leave the shipper account blank. Put a reasonable range for your package (e.g. from the day you've ordered until today). Fill in your destination country and ZIP, and if they registered the shipment it will appear.

Another Tip coming from Trustpilot....If paid by PayPal U can Complain to their customer Service and people get shipments the next day...might ne Worth a try....its getting really ridiculess...Seems Like they cant manage to send Out more than a few packages per day....im thinking more they dont got IT Stocked by now and wanna Look better For the Last Quartal of the year since the are Like 4millions in minus this year....
