Ordered on 12.&13. September

I just wanted to reach out and find out, anyone who ordered on the 12th or 13th got their delivery, or even a tracking number? In the FAQ it said that there was a mixup and they are prioritising the orders, but that was on Monday and Friday evening I still got nothing.

Hello, I did it on 09/11/26 and on 09/29/23 they gave me the tracking number, the package arrives on 10/03/23.

they to send out deliveries but it's very slow, i'm guess they new logistic partner was not ready for this that you have thousand's customers

I placed my order on September 12th and received ups tracking on last Friday. It will deliver Tuesday the 3rd. 1 GT DD pro and pedals V2. Lets see if everything come together now.

i ordered on 12 sep, Completely shipped on 12 sep, still no tracking number. When i check ups with reference number "order number" to Belgium with my postcode it is comming today. No notification mails from ups nor fanatec . update later, lets hope 😅

Does this notice mean that they don’t care about the 11th? Only numbers 12-13?

ordered on the 11/09/23 still nothing no reply from customer service will now be trying to cancel my order and open a dispute with my card provider to get a refund will be going with a different company as i can't trust fanatec if something goes wrong.

Update, yesterday everything delivered in ups acces point (because not home) , found a ups note in my mailbox with the adress of the accespoint for pickup. Still no mail from ups or fanatec with traching numbers, so orders will be delivered without notification. (3 weeks !) 😀
