Any QR2 bueyrs got product or tracking number

Is there anyone, who has gotten QR2 or tracking number.

I made order 25th september and got mail and status, that order is completely shipped, but still no tracking number.

And here is little reminder for customers and Fanatec.

    nope, no tracking number yet but they send email that there could be 5 day delay

    Ordered on the 25th at 1.15pm. No tracking number. And no info on the shipment of the QR2 pro M4 wheel either.

  • Same situation, no tracking number nor info about the QR2 Pro M4 wheel.

    Ordered on 25th, got mail that order was "Completely shipped" on 26th in the morning. But no mails or tracking number under my order. In the mail they mentioned it could take up to 5 working days before T&T would be shared. So normally they have still today to make that. But looks like it will take longer ☹️

    I have an order placed on September 14, fully shipped on September 20 but I still have not received anything (tracking number, etc.).


    They are really very late unfortunately.

    Mine arrived today, I also ordered it on September 25th and didn't receive a tracking number.I live in Germany.

  • i placed my order 25th september still waiting for delivery.

    I wrote to support and still wait for answer. Fanatec is getting worse and worse and they give a s**t about the customers!

  • From what I understand, many people receive their parcels without having been given the parcel number.

    This can be a problem if, as in my case, you don't have someone to stay at home during the day.

  • Got my tracking number from Fedex in the US. Shaft delivered today. QR2 tomorrow.

  • Even if you are at home it will be difficult, at least for me. How many times I had the issue with UPS, that they didn't find my address with no notes in my mailbox or no package at the door. The next day it was at a pickup point. With a T&T you can at least see that happend, and to which pickup point you need to go.

    But without a T&T and packages randomly arriving, it's very difficult to know they even did a try... 🤔

    UPS account is also very silent saying no packages are on the way.

    It's really a shame Fanatec is not able to handle this correctly. You would expect with a new logistics partner it would be better then the previous... not worse. But apparently it can be worse...

  • No, my other orders always had the tracking numbers, but not this time, I think it's ups

  • so user are totally clueless when he get delivery or not. man this is bad

  • I live in the countryside. If it ends up in a pick up relay without a passage slip in my mailbox, it will probably go back to fanatec. It's still a blow to be delivered in 1 month. We're going to wait...

  • problem is , they should kive the email and the phone number to the UPS that user could track his package at the UPS web page, if they not todo this then delivery may go lost

  • At least you've all been able to actually place an order. All I get is the "error processing payment" message every time I try to order the QR2 since the day it was available.

    And of course, no response whatsoever from Fanatec about the issue or when it's likely to be fixed.

  • what if bank refuses pay for fanatec atm? there is allot complains that where is a delivery

  • No change, no news from UPS. I placed a second identical order at midday, if this one moves, I'll cancel the first.  🤷‍♂️

  • I still don't have any information about my order from 25.09.23. I also don't receive an answer from support to my complaint. Fanatec is not being customer-friendly. It can't be that I don't receive the QR2s that were in stock on 25.9 in time. I am very disappointed in Fanatec.

    After I have seen some people that already received their QR2. I just asked at my local pickup point and lo and behold my QR2 bundel was their waiting for me to be picked up.

    But without T&T and nothing in my mailbox at home very difficult to know it was waiting their. Also don't have a clue when they tried to deliver it. But luckily I have them... delivery address is in the Netherlands to be complete.

  • Using PayPal, so no issues of bank limits or blocked credit cards - used PayPal to buy everything from Fanatec in the past, and used it multiple times in the past week from other sellers. It's only Fanatec's website that refuses to take payment, and of course there's no other way to purchase Fanatec gear 😖

    Raised two support tickets and both have been totally ignored. Reached out on Twitter multiple times and been ignored. Raised the issue in the forum and have been ignored 🙄

  • Yesterday I tried to order a second QR2 again with Paypal, it didn't work either, I got an error message

  • Very strange with all the issues, I think the order I placed for the QR2 Pro Bundle arrived faster than normal for me, US…not sure if I was lucky or US is not having the issues? I also have this included with my BMW M4 GT3 Wheel that I paid for over a year ago and I have yet to receive or have any information on…waiting until end or week as I’ve been told a new letter said they will be notifying us M4 owners by then…we’ll see. Seems this has been a mess for so many

  • USA - ordered QR2 base side, 2 each QR2 Lite wheel side on Sep 26.

    Got an email on Sep 28 stating order will ship Oct 2.

    So far, nothing.

    I realized that if you look in your Fanatec account under "My Products", when they are actually picking your parts for your order, they enter all the serial numbers for you, so you can see when they are ACTUALLY preparing to ship your order. My order with my DD placed on Sep 14, nothing, only my McLaren wheel order ACTUALLY had all items in stock (the website showing "Available" means nothing), and shipped same day I ordered.

  • Update to my situation, just got text message from UPS and they are delivering my package today. There is no tracking number on Fanatec site or no serial numbers under my products. I will edit this post, as soon as i get my package.

    Order placed on September 25th. Without notification by UPS the items (QR2 wheel-side and base-side (type c)) were delivered today. I do live in Germany.

    But being way too excited about the unforeseen delivery, I broke the security ring on the base side while tightening it, even using a torque wrench. So please be very cautious when installing it to your base! Tried to contact the support for a replacement ring. Unfortunately the serialnumber of the shaft is not recognized by the system. Used the support option of the wheel side item instead and hope the best.

  • So mine was delivered today also, and no tracking number from Fanatec or even no serial numbers under my products.

  • I do not understand this. I have received the wheel side of my QR2 but not the wheel side of my M4 GT3. What’s the point?

    No info about the QR2 Pro on my orders page. A product we payed more than a year ago (preorder) should have been fulfilled first even to the QR2 public release. Or at least at the same time.

    A bit disappointed with customer care tbh.
