Any news for qr2 bundle delivery in Germany? Placed my order on September 26th around 3 am. Since PayPal couldn’t be processed I had to pay via bank transfer. Received payment confirmation on September 29th with an additional info that my order will be processed as as soon as the products are in stock.
as soon as the products are in stock, it means it was out off stock, i think 20 oct comes new ones
I ordered 12/9, got my packages on 2/10, i never get my tracking number (my friend workin for UPS, he texted me mornin, he will be on me later that day). I know its frustrating, just be patient, im sure fanatec dont want to steal your money
BTW. u can track it with your order number shown on fanatec page, but u must filter it for your area. But still its not sure its your order ;)
i think they just have huge problems with shipping they will definitely not rip you off, i orderd mine on 15/9 and not got anything yet so i will just wait
yeah they wont rip us off just the delay has cause loads of problems and they doing they best to sort it, just have to wait

Hi, I ordered the CSL DD pack on 1/10 and still no tracking number, is this normal? If I already have it, how can I find it, I have looked in my mail and there is nothing, does that mean that it has not left the warehouse? I am waiting for answers and thanks for your attention.

i just got my tracking number today :)
I ordered it on the 1st of this month and I haven't received the tracking number yet.

Yes, this is the last thing Fanatec sent me to my gmail address, this was sent to me on the 2nd of this month.
I got mine on 20th September. I hope you don't have issues, I'm just saying that my patience has run out since I placed my order on 30th August.
well, its not 5 days yet because they had holiday at last week, but you can check at your order if there is added Tracking number or not.
How can I find out? Because every day I try to investigate about the situation of my order and I find many people saying that they have been waiting for many months and they don't know anything about their product, and this makes me nervous.
i place my order on the 20th sep and just got my tracking number when i though would be this week as i seen afew people say around the 3rd week. just hope it doesnt take look to get here now, will track it everyday
you should look at fanatec web page inside orders, but you should not worry because at your image there typed prepared for shipping
And now, what i do?
click that view button in your order and in bottom at that order should pop the tracking number. if there no tracking number then it may not send out yet, that tracking number self could have delay aswell

yeah there no tracking number at there, but like i tell its not even 5 days yet so you may little wait longer like 2 days and look again

I ordered at 6:30pm on the 28th of September, my initial order went wrong and I currently have two charges on PayPal so I have raised a dispute to fix this.
However, I did get a tracking number on my account today, still no email though. I believe my tracking details were created on Friday. So it's been like this for me...
28/09/23 - Ordered CSL DD GT PRO & Loadcell kit
06/10/23 - Something happened with my order via UPS
09/10/23 - Tracking number visible on UPS site but no further details and no email
If you look at it from mobile version, it does not appear, you must do it from a computer. I placed the order on September 28th and they shipped it the following week, on October 4th. I received it today. UPS did not send me any tracking number, but I found it on the Fanatec order page (but seen from a computer, not from the phone / tablet)
