  • I'm not expecting a reply anytime soon tbh. I spoke to UPS as well and they suggested missing paperwork could be a reason so I reckon the relevant customs stuff isn't attached. Going to give them a few days to respond and then probably get in touch with my credit card issuer and let them deal with it.

  • Same thing Australia I order stock all ready to ship on the 26th September and received invoice and warranty has started but no shipping information or reply to anything just want an update on my order

  • Seems like they are just taking payments before fixing there issues so nothing is going to get fixed because the back log ain’t getting smaller. Greedy executives I bet.

  • Well this was a weird but pleasant surprise. Got my order this morning even though it said it would be here on monday.

    Love the setup so far, but there is a lot of fine tuning to do. Tried assetto corsa and dirt rally 2.0. As I've never actually played assetto i'm still overdriving the cars constantly, but the overall feeling is really immersive. Dirt rally 2.0 is awesome but for some reason I can't turn on tyre slip feedback, hope to resolve that soon.

    Hang tight guys, the situation is not ideal but I think it's worth the wait!

  • Hi mate. I'm guessing by some of the terminology that you've used in previous comments, that you are a fellow brit ?. If so, what date did you order. I'm just trying to gauge when mine is likely to arrive. It seems that more recent orders are coming through rather fast, whilst they are completely ignoring all the people whos order got sent back due to the lack of correct customs documents.

  • ive ordered a gt dd pro 8nm csl loadcell pedal and pedal faceplates i ordered all of this via paypal credit, so i just went to file an issue with the order for non delivery but iy says if i open a complaint a query will be placed on my credit report until case is resolved, so now i dare not even open a complaint 😣

  • Hi, thanks for the compliment regarding my english 😁, but I'm from Croatia. Yeah seems that they aren't exactly putting the UK on their priority list, especially the orders that are further down the backlog. Desperately trying to save their reputation I guess...
