rumble motors V3 pedals comes loose

both the shake it rumble motors from my fanatec V3 clubsport pedals have come loose
i was wondering if there is a fix or a mod that I can use or purchase to fix this?

    Make sure the washer is not missing behind the cap nut. You can tighten the nut quit a bit by hand. If it still happens replace the cap nut and get a washer.
