BMW wheel-issue with D-Pad

I just got my new BMW wheel yesterday and have noticed an issue with the D-Pad. When I click left or right it registers sometimes as being pushed in. I have been very careful about only pushing left and right and not in, but sometimes it will register as a push and not a left/right click. Also sometimes when clicking left or right, the tuning menu pops up without me pushing the tuning menu button. Any ideas on why this is happening? The BMW wheel is now out of stock. Will they repair or send me a new one? How do I start a support ticket? Sorry guys, I am new to the Fanatec world but love my new wheel and pedals. World of difference from the DFGT from 10 years I have been using.

Could you be so kind and keep me posted about this? I have exactly the same issue but as I bought the wheel second hand I guess I'm not qualified to get F-support.

I'm supposed to receive the same wheelbase and wheel later today. Man I hope I don't run into the same issue. Fingers crossed. Keep us informed on the outcome.
I can't copy the link to this reddit..so you have to look it up yourself.. I did the fw update with little to no effect on the issue..
Further down below in that post a guy posted some pictures sent to him by F to solve the grounding issue but imo they are so close up that I don't get how it works. Especially as the picture shows the v3 pedals..?
support got back to and asked for a video of the issue. Will keep you posted
