Payment system broken for me

Hello I would like to report that the payment system is not working. It says user authentication failed. I even tried making a new account and I got the same message. Would like to know when this will be resolved so I can buy some pedals.

    Fanatec you have 1300.00 floating around that you're going to let turn into dust unless you get up and fix this issue now. 10 years ago I felt honored by having the CEO Thomas email me directly. Now here I am 10 years later and I'm wondering if the customer service is just a shell of what it used to be.
