Formula v2 depth question

Does anyone know the total depth, including quick release of the v2? I have the Porche wheel with podium hub/button box. When attached to the dd2, it's a little too close for my taste. I was going to move the base back a few inches to get it perfect. I want to get the v2 when it's available but I'm wondering if it will be too far away if I move the base. I only have one wheel so I don't know if the podium hub adds that much to the depth in comparison.
