CSL Elite Pedals not recognized at CSL Elite Wheelbase 1.1

Hello,
i got my CSL Elite wheelbase 1.1 and elite CSL pedals delivered 3 days ago.
I installed the installation and wiring according to the instructions in the order Wheelbase, updated the firmware and then connected the pedals.

The base works fine.
The pedals are not displayed in the property page and have no function.

Does anyone have a tip for me?

    1. Ensure the wire isn't pinched or broken anywhere.
    2. If you got the load cell pedal, don't forget to switch out the module which comes with it.
    3. Make sure you have a good connection at the module and wheel base.

    As a last resort, reset the wheel base and rim to factory settings and also uninstall and reinstall the software on your computer and try to update the wheel base and rim with the pedals already connected.

    Did you ever get this resolved? Also did you ever figure out what the problem was?

    I just got my setup 5 days ago. System was working great and then yesterday the pedals just stopped working altogether. Submitted a support ticket today so waiting on response for that.
