I'm interested in purchasing the Podium Racing Wheel F1 (PS4) and noticed it comes with the Formula style shift plates. Does it also come with the GT style plates or must those be purchased separately, and can they be?

The GT style Plates are not included in the Podium F1 Racing Wheel and can't be purchased separately. To get them you would need to buy the whole Advanced Paddle Module.

If you just want paddles, SRM makes products of an excellent quality. Years ago I purchased magnetic paddles from their shop, I am still very happy with it and...their carbon fiber looks like the one fanatec use on their formula carbon and porsche 918, so it you buy one of this, I think it will do the trick
