How long does it take to get my money?

Hello

How long does it usually take to get my refund? I have cancelled my Order last Tuesday and I'm still waiting for my money.

    Hi Patrick,

    Cancellations are processed next working day. It can take a few more days for the amount to show in your bank/PayPal account.

    Thank for your reply, I have accidentally canceled the wrong Order. I have already contacted the support to cancel my cancellation. But if the refund is already in process I will just place a new Order.

    Hi Patrick, it is usually not possible to 'uncancel' an order.
