No contact for broken handbrake.

I have sent 3 requests for solutions for my broken handbrake with no response.
I even ordered another handbrake that last I check was still processing. Was in stock when I ordered then the ship date changed and now has passed.
Is there any other way to contact to get these issues taken care of for US residents.

There are no unanswered messages for your account on the system.
It sounds like your requests have not come through. Did you use the support ticket form through the 'My Products' section of your Fanatec account?

I did and I will try again if I can get the pages to load. I have only been able to get into the forums today.

And you should immediately receive an automated email response.
Yes, I gotten that on all 3 times I submitted but never got an email.
And now I can’t even get to the page to submit again.
