why? they don’t respond to customer emails and questions

I made the payment on 06/25 All products were available for delivery because they do not answer I already called fanatec The person who answered did not know how to answer anything I just said I was going to send an email 2 weeks have passed and nothing if everything is available because they don’t send and respond to emails I don’t understand a company treating customers like that.
