problem dd1


I contacted Fanatec a few days ago because my purchase does not appear in my products, but in my orders, but I cannot access the warranty and my podium base dd1 has failed again as the first one sent to me, a week ago and I do not have answer, it does not turn off unless I disconnect it from the wall socket, when I reconnect the base it connects alone and the PC does not recognize it, fanatec I need your help as soon as possible!
