Brake pedal cable snapped

Hi

I've received the Fanatec CSL Elite F1 2 days ago. When I tried to play for first time on the playstayion and I noticed that the brake was not working. Looking for the problem 1h I take off the pedal and i saw the cable snapped against the base while i was assembling the pedals to the base. So problem found it. Is there any chance to fix it? What is the correct email to contact fanatec?
