Need help with my ClubSport steering wheel formula v2

Did the firmware update on my wheel and wheelbase, but when I plugged it in my xbox and started playing the wheel was quite heavy to turn with. Had all the right settings before update and fixed them after. But the wheel is so heavy to turn with now after the update. Playing on xbox. Have csl elite wheel base v1.1 and the ClubSport steering wheel formula v2.
