Order not showing up, payed with PayPal

Hey all!
I ordered August 1st the load cell brake pedal!
Now the issue is that I payed with PayPal, the money got taken from the account by endor (fanatec).
But if I go to my profile, there is nothing in the orders tab!
Also didn't receive any confirmation email!
This has me worried... So far i did 2 orders and I can't say I have a good time ordering on the fanatec website!
But I love the products!
Anyone else had the same issue as me and knows what to do?
I will post updates as I know more!

Hi Shane,
If this happens, it is usually because the transaction did not fully complete. Please contact us (via the website form 'I have question about my order') and the sales team will refund the amount so that you can try again.

I had the same probelm and the sales department replied that I was refunded. How long does it take for the refund to be effective on my card?
