LoadCell PS4 connection

I bought a new load cell upgrade for my CSL elite pedals and have been using it for a while on pc . however when i try to use it for the first time on my ps4 it doesn't seem to be picking up the pedals. neither gas or brake works but wheel works as normal. i have used non load cell pedal on ps4 before with connection through the wheelbase but can't tell what im missing here. could anyone shed some light pls? thanks!
