CSR shifter calibration issue

I tried to get the csr shifter working with my csl elite f1 edition.


I followed the calibration instructions step by step. Unfortunately I am ending up with the following problem after finishing the calibration:

Gears 2,4,6 are all recognized as gear 6

Gears r,1,3,5 are alle recognized as gear 7


I dont know, what I am doing wrong. Multiple calibration attempts on ps4 and pc ended up with the same problem.


Please help!

    The CSR shifter is not compatible with the CSL or CSW Bases.

    At least its not listed in the compatibility part:

    • All Fanatec CSL and ClubSport Shifters (two shifters simultaneously)
    • Fanatec ClubSport Static Shifter Paddles

    I read articles of people who got it working with the csl elite base. Therefore I am not sure if it is really just a compatibility issue or maybe something else?

    At least it seems to recognize the shifter, as I can run through the shifter calibration on the wheel when the shifter is plugged in and it also recognizes some of the gears in the game.

    Unfortunately just gear 6 and 7.

    Any other thoughts about this?
