Csl elite base problem

My csl elite base is less than two weeks old and it has stopped working properly.

when power button is pressed the red light comes on the leds on the base light up, the wheel rotates clockwise a .25 rotation and counter clockwise the same amount.

Three yellow l e d’s on the base are lit and the power light flashes constantly. The PC doesn’t see the wheel and I have removed and reinstalled the drivers ,unsuccessfully because the pc doesn’t see the wheel.

Help!

    Hi Louis, had the same problem yesterday on mine

    I turned the wheel off rotated it lock to lock hitting the stops quite firmly and it came back to life

    Same but I have zero rotation. The shaft stays stationary 3 orange lights on far left of rev guage stay lit and the red light on the right flashes slowly.
