Problem with Podium Steering Wheel Porsche 911 GT3

Hi all, we have a problem with our new brand steering wheel Porsche, we got it mounted in a Podium and working in PS4.
After install the new driver 353, install fanalab, and follow all the steps on the readme file, (except last step in fanalab, because we don't know which combination of buttons means in the manual) everything works perfectly, except the PS button, there is no way to make it work.
When we test in the preferences tab, the software receive the signal of the button, but ps4 does not recognize, I guess.
Any solution for this? Which one is the button combination for fanalab?
Thanks for your help in advance!!

do the LED and Matrix work for you?
Yes, it works
I got Fanlab to recognize Assetto Corsa and now I can get the RPM and gears.
How do you get to display timing in the matrix display?
Trying to change modes pressing the 2 buttons or the ITM does nothing.
Is there a manual anywhere? My Google and Fanatec searches have yield nothing, mybe it is my English.
Thank you
I'm having a bit of trouble with mine.... did you guys uninstall your old firmware first before installing the new one?
You can't uninstall a firmware, you can only flash a firmware over an existing one.
I have a different problem with buttons. I just received my wheel and I've updated the FW to Version 9. The #3 button (top right) when pressed shows as #3 and #4 both in game (ACC) and in the Fanatec Wheels Property page. The #4 button acts normally as do all the others. Is this a known issue or a defective button module endurance?
Known issue.
Thanks for the response. I’m assuming this will be fixed in a FW update?
Yes, of course. ^^
so when you flash the firmware but you dont hold the back button down does that screw up the installation process?
