Issue: McLaren GT3 Wheel chlutch input

lately i'm having two issues with this wheel:

  • Sometimes the wheel is not recognized when i fire up the base (The visor just shows the fanatec logo)
  • The clutch paddle input keeps on 5 - 10% even whit the paddles 100% released

I work around both issues by reconnecting the wheel, but it's terrible annoying. And since the reconnecting process solves it, i believe thats just a firmware issue and not a hardware one.


My question is: Will Fanatec do something about it or they just give up on this model?


PS: I'm using the rim whit a csl 1.1. All the drivers and firmwares are the latest compatibles.

    Customer service says it's a software problem and you're working on it.

    I've been waiting for a solution for many weeks and can't use the steering wheel!

    Same here i have this problem for 2 months, its only the right side. Bounces from 5 % to 70 % once a while..


    Looks like the minimum force for the right clutch isnt correct.

    Nothing. They are waiting for to buy some new wheel
