Shipping phases information
Hi all, I'm a new customer of Fanatec products and I've bought during the last weekend the CSL Elite bundle with LC. After fews months, these articles returns available again.
My question is: at the moment the only information that I received is an email with object "Your Fanatec will be shipped soon" with a PDF attached. On the site, the order is marked as "The order has been processed." What dos it mean this? The order has been shipped or not yet? At the moment no tracking code from UPS was provided.
PS: I live in North Italy

I waited a month for my order to ship out so expect to wait
Understood but the question was another. I don't know if this state mean that was shipped or not yet.

I bought the CSL Elite F1 at August 24 and it will arrive today August 26. I'm from Sweden.
Was suprisingly fast after reading everything on the forum.

Here is my recent experience. I ordered the DD1 Podium bundle Aug. 20th. The bundle stated it was a pre-order with an availability of Sep. 13th. My order was processed on Friday Aug. 21st. I received an email from Fanatec stating my order has been sent to the warehouse for processing as well as an attached pdf file of my receipt. As of today, I still hadn't heard anything, but I did know that the shipping method was FedEx Ground (I'm in the northeastern US). I registered on the FedEx website for a free delivery notification account that is similar to the one I have for UPS. Around 2pm today, I received notification from FedEx with the details of my shipment and expected delivery date which is Sept. 1st. I still haven't received an email from Fanatec or the shipping warehouse, but now I have info that FedEx provided that inform me that shipping labels have been created, tracking numbers for all three packages as well as weights.

Yes I recieved it the day after I got the ”shipment prepairing to send” by Fanatec.
From everything I have read on the Forums it seems like people in Europe doesnt have the same shipping issues. Some people get their orders after a couple of days and others after a week if everything was available at the closest Fanatec Warehouse.
Hope you get your stuff soon.
Available in the warehouse seems to be the key issue. Corona really screwed up supply chains. Sim-Lab, Heusinkveld, and many others have had 2 month or longer delays as well. Once key materials were no longer available from China and shipping was reduced, manufacturing declined while orders spiked.

I recieved this moring the email from UPS that indicate that the delivery date is tomorrow Aug. 27th.
So forwhat concern the shipment time I think that is accettable, in Italy the delivery time is from1 to 4 business day.

So brutal. I ordered mine 4 days ago and mine is still in " The order has been processed.".

The order has been processed mean they have shipped it, most likely. Seems the issue is that no tracking numbers are sent out.
