Issues with Return
I put in a request for a return authorization back on August 13, but have still not received a response. I do want to get this return processed, but I have not received any support from fanatec. Not sure if this is a common issue with others, but would like to get some input.

I did one just a week before that and it took a few days for them to get to me, maybe 5.
After they reached out, communication was daily until the RMA was issued.
Did you put in the request from the link on your product page? or did you submit a generic request via the contact form?
