Unable to Pay via PayPal

Hello,

I attempted to purchase the clubsport V3 pedals via PayPal, but get the message "unable instantiate the payment screen". Has anyone else encountered this and found a fix? I would send a message to Fanatec via a ticket or email, but I am still waiting on previous requests from a month ago.
