Strange force Feedback on FH4

Hi,

I have some issue with the force feedback with my cls 2.5 on Xbox One S. The wheel didn't come back to the original position during turn and I don't feel any resistance from the wheel

The connection is with the fanatec USB cable. I don't made any fimrware update the CLS is brand new. The FF setting is on 100, I try with 200 but nothing Change. The FF in the game parameter is on 60.

I maybe made a mistake so if I can have some help, it would be very grateful
