How do you upgrade the motor program? CSW 2.5

When updating the motor via the fanatec driver software, the motor driver does absolutely nothing, but freeze the entire fanatec software. The regular driver flashes and updates, but the motor does not.

Is there a way to force or manually install the motor driver?

Any help would be outstanding.

    I would contact Fanatec Support. If the base firmware updates without problems but the motor firmware does not, something may be not working correctly.

    You could also try and install the Fanatec driver on a different computer and see if it works there, to exclude specific PC issues.

    Also, do you have the wheel base connected to a USB 2.0 port, not USB 3.0?
