Support ticket (replacing parts) . Is this ok?

Hi,
I've raised a ticket issue for replacing parts, after I've filled all the requested fields and uploaded a pic too, web site showed the message everything was ok. But I've received this mail from Fanatec Support.. Totally empty and without a subject... Is that normal?

I had similar issue as Massimo. I filed a support ticket past sunday 18th of October and all I received is empty mail from no reply address. No subject or text..
